New Holland Construction has upgraded the tools online available to dealers and their salespeople. The tools, accessed through the Dealer Portal as usual, feature a new graphics interface and simple navigation, and expand the services to include iPad versions, ideal when salespeople are meeting customers at their premises.

The tools online are accessed through the Links section in the Dealer Portal at http://portal.cnh.com.  Under the Marketing heading, the new tools can be found with the links:

• New Holland Marketing Tools:  leads to the Image and video gallery, the Brochure library, Ad planner, New Holland Brand presentation, Logo and brand identity manual, Shoulder-to-Shoulder Selling Tool (STST) and Press Kit online, as well as a video tutorial.
• Brochure Ordering System: leads to the Document Management Centre where dealers, and now importers, can order brochures in their language.

The new graphics interface makes it very easy to find what you need in the photograph and video library. You can use the word search function to narrow down your search, then look through the thumbnails and enlarge the ones of interest with the zoom function to make sure they are what you need. Once you have identified the image you need, you can download it in high resolution. Similarly, with the videos the preview function will enable you to identify the video you need, which you can then download.

Customer testimonials are also available in the Image and Video Gallery, so that you are able to round off a sales conversation by reinforcing the product’s key benefits through the words of a satisfied customer who has experienced them first hand.

As with the current library, you will be able to view all the available brochures and posters, and download them in PDF format.

This tool gives you access to all the available product advertisements, which you can download as ad InDesign open file that you can then adapt to your needs and personalise with the dealership details. The files can also be downloaded in PDF format for reference.

This valuable sales tool is now also available for iPad, so that Dealer salespeople will find it even easier, when meeting a customer, to show the benefits that the product they are considering can bring to their business.

This tool makes available to journalists all the press releases, photographs and videos published by New Holland. Every time a New Holland press release is distributed, about 1000 journalists receive a notice with a link to the press release in the press kit, where they can download the text and associated photo or video material. All the published material remains available to them at all times and a search function helps find what they need.

In addition, you will find in the new tools links to download the updated Brand Presentation and the Logo and Brand Identity Materials, so that you will have everything you need when organising an event or to introduce the brand when you are meeting a contact for the first time.

The BOS has also benefited from the same refresh of the graphics interface, but most importantly, the service has now been extended to Importers, who are now able to receive the open file of the brochures, fill in the translated text and order the number of printed copies they need in their language.

All these tools will very soon be available for iPad, so that you can have all the information and sales materials at your fingertips wherever you go. The iPad versions of the Brand Presentation, Logo and Brand Identity Material and STST are already available and will be joined by the Image and Video Gallery, Brochure Library, Ad Planner and Press Kit later in the year.
